Slow Cooker Apple Pie Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 4 medium-size apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- *Optional ingredients are not included in the nutritional calculations.
Optional*:
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir gently to mix ingredients together.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. If possible, stir and check oatmeal after 5-6 hours of cooking.
